Non-Executive Chairman

Stephen became Non-Executive Chairman of EV in 2011.

He joined the EV Group Board of Directors in 2004 to sit on the Board as Non-Executive Director.

Stephen is Chairman of two private equity-backed companies and is a partner in a business backing experienced individuals in their search for acquisition targets. He has substantial private equity and venture capital experience as founder of AIM-listed Springboard plc and, before that, as a Director of 3i plc.

He is also Chairman of EV’s Growth Funds' investment committees.
