Roger is Managing Director of recruitment and headhunting firm, Ashley Hoyle Limited. He was previously an Investment Banker with NM Rothschild & Son. As part of his duties with EV, Roger has specific responsibilities for the people aspects of our business, including executive recruitment and appointment of Non-Executive Directors and Interim Managers.
