EV Small Firms is able to consider businesses at all stages of their development from start-ups through to expansion finance to management buy-out opportunities.
A key part of EV’s Small Firms offering is Rosebud, managed on behalf of Lancashire County Council, which provides funding for SMEs located in or looking to relocate into the administrative County of Lancashire, to support employment and encourage businesses to grow and succeed.
Funding from Rosebud is available from £10,000 to £750,000 in the form of loan capital, equity or a combination of both as appropriate. Rosebud is flexible in its approach to structuring and pricing investment packages according to the individual funding requirements of the applicant and are specifically tailored to meet the needs of each business.
Rosebud expects a commercial return on its investment and normally expects to invest alongside other funding providers.
